Tonight, Complete Nutrition Solutions LLC had the privilege of showcasing some diabetic friendly meal prep-options to a group of Brownsville ISD employees.<\/p>

This presentation consisted of an informational segment on diabetes and carbohydrate rich options to maintain blood sugar, as well as a cooking demonstration where our very own, Dr. Andie Lee Gonzalez MPH, RDN, LD, FAND showcased three, easy to make “Rotisserie Chicken Makeovers”<\/p>

-Chicken Salad
Shredded Chicken + Lettuce + Greek yogurt +Grapes + Walnuts<\/p>

-Chicken Wrap
Shredded Chicken + Hummus + Spinach + Apple Slices + Carb Sense Tortillas<\/p>

-Chicken Bowl
Shredded Chicken + Cheese + Black beans + Pico<\/p>
